Dreams - Sittingbourne

All great

I went into the store knowing which item I wanted, the assistant listened to me and offered other products which were available immediately to take away. I considered the other items but when I decided to go with my first choice the assistant accepted this and was not pushy or persistent in offering me other items.

The sales staff were great, efficient and friendly. The products were just what we wanted and we are looking forward to delivery.

He gave me excellent advice and helped me choose bedside tables by moving furniture around the store. He went above and beyond any customer service I have ever experienced! We were looked after by two different store colleagues during our purchase visits, both of which took time to understand our needs, had good product knowledge and were generally extremely polite and helpful. The order process was fairly easy and the delivery date given was fairly quick. Overall a highly satisfactory experience.

Lady that served us was very knowledgeable and friendly. Offered us tea and coffee and knew the products well. Only issue with the experience was seemed too few sales staff to serve everyone in the shop at that time.
