As soon as I entered Darren offered some assistance and explained the colours on the mattresses so I could browse and try the different mattresses. He was on hand straight away when I asked for some help and was more than happy to show me around and explain the type of mattress. He was so lovely and even entertained my 8month old whole I decided what product I preferred. When it came to seeing the different products I wasn't pre judged and was able to see all ranges but then Darren helped me narrow it down to what I liked and stay within my price range. It soon became clear that I wanted a more expensive mattress but wasn't wanting to spend top money (of course!) So Darren spoke with his colleague (I'm sorry I didn't get his name) and they showed me some products that I could get cheaper because of ex display or cancelled delivery. This was great as it meant I got the product that I was after rather than being laughed at for expecting too much. I felt comfortable to spend as long as I did making my decision and would like to thank Darren and his colleague for their patience.

When we entered the shop we felt daunted by the different types of mattresses but Darren took time to explain the differences and how they were displayed by colour codes. He then made us feel perfectly at ease and encouraged us to take our time and lay on the various types of beds. We felt he was knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable without any pressure.

The whole experience in store was very pleasant - it probably helped that i was almost the only one in the place!!
