Effortless process, the sales rep was very knowledgable and attentive to our needs. The bed diagnostic was also useful.

Gemma at Middlebrook store was extremely helpful and friendly and we did not feel pressured into making a decision like on previous visits. She always gave us an alternative product to chose from. She gave advice from her own experience what she recommends from home. We probably wouldn’t have brought so much if it wasn’t for how lovely Gemma was!!

The service from Gemma was excellent, polite, thoughtful and very considerate. Their cleaning whilst in store was constant and excellent. I also watched as another member of the team, very politely challenged a customer that came into the store without a mask. He handled the situation very well and the customer stayed, so well done, it was great to see.

I was impressed with the analysis of my sleep/posture but most of all by the sales assistant, she was knowledgeable, friendly and generally very welcoming
