Debbie at the Middlebrook store was really helpful and friendly when assisting us with what we were looking for. She was really attentive and went the extra mile by being so lovely to our little girl. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer person to help us with our purchase.

Anne was extremely helpful and the bed selection technology was impressive.

As soon as we walked through the door we were offered assistance, which was very helpful and made finding a bed and mattress very easy.

Met on Entering the store would I like Assistances, Friendly not pushy, I Explained what I would like, went on the Bed Tester, shown beds recommended for me, given Choices and left for as long as I wanted.

The staff were attentive, professional and accommodating to my needs. I was highly impressed with how the staff were at Middlebrook, Saf and Martin were very good with me, it has been a long time since I have witnessed such a high level of customer care. I would certainly recommend this store to family and friends. Thank you very much.

Went we went into the store we were approached by dawn who spoke with us and asked if we needed help with anything. We didn’t feel under pressure when we were in the store and didn’t feel harassed by the staff. We went to look at other stores but went back to dreams as they had the best quality products and the best customer service.

Very good selection at reasonable prices. Very helpful lady member of staff. Not too pushy but always on hand to give advice. Just what was needed.

The product knowledge from Adam at the store was really good. The system that measures the way people sleep in order to put them in the correct mattress was amazing. Overall we were really please with the experience and the process.
