Gemma was very attentive to our needs, she took the time to understand what we were looking for and showed us all avaliable options.

After ordering from Bensons for Beds on the 1st June for them to let us down we have now been on a mattress on our bedroom floor since the 18th August because of Bensons for Beds incompetence. We visited Dreams at Middlebrook Store140 & as soon as we walked in we were greeted by a very friendly woman called Dawn. She offered us water, she thanked us for using the sanitiser & she was so smiley & polite we were very impressed. Dawn then asked us what we were looking for & we discussed our options. She then took us to the Sleepmatch machine & the experience was fantastic. We both have ailments with back, hips & shoulder issues & the sleepmatch machine picked up on these & told us what bed would be best. Dawn did everything she could to make us feel comfortable which meant so much to us as we had not been treated this way by Bensons for Beds. Dawn was so helpful and kind natured. I can honestly say we have never felt so comfortable in a store before. The store was clean, fresh & very covid safe which is important during these difficult times. Dawn is a credit to your company & should definitely be highly praised for her politeness, professionalism & friendliness. We will return.

The service from Gemma was excellent, polite, thoughtful and very considerate. Their cleaning whilst in store was constant and excellent. I also watched as another member of the team, very politely challenged a customer that came into the store without a mask. He handled the situation very well and the customer stayed, so well done, it was great to see.
