Dawn was very friendly and approachable. She had good knowledge of the products available and used her recent experience of visiting the farm (where the cotton is sourced) and the factory where the mattress’ are made to assist me in making an informed decision. I felt safe from coronavirus and love all of the products but very satisfied with the one I decided upon! Happy customer!

Sam was very helpful. Greeted us and offered us a drink. There was no pressure and understanding our requirements with my wife's health condition was 1st on his mind. Allowed us to use the Sleep Match to make sure we knew what we were looking for for our new mattress and bed frame. Allowing us to use a pillow suited to our requirements made a very big impact on my wife. She suffers with a pain condition which means that she gets very little sleep. Sam showed us a wide range of beds and mattresses and then allowed us time to talk between us and did not pressure us for a sale. Once leaving the store having made our purchase we have no regrets. Not having shopped for a mattress before i would recommend Dreams to everyone including my family and friends.

The service provided by Gemma at the Middlebrook Retail Park (Bolton) store was nothing short of perfect. Her professional yet friendly approach was perfectly balanced. She welcomed us on our arrival and directed to us to the exact bed we were looking for immediately. After telling her we were looking to buy a bed and mattress for our first home, she informed us of the sleep match technology. She allowed us time to browse and discuss without being overpowering or pushy whatsoever. This is something I really appreciate with customer service. We went ahead with the sleep match service, following which Gemma took us around the shop to try out a number of mattresses. She explained the differences and the benefits of each different mattress to a point where I now feel somewhat informed about mattresses! With Gemma’s much valued assistance, we eventually chose our perfect mattress and bed. Her whole approach was very personable and I would recommend anyone buying a mattress to attend this store.
