I was highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams because as soon as I walked in I was greeted and offered a drink. The lady told me that if I need any help I can come over and she was very polite. The lady was very kind and helped me when I needed help. She asked me my price range so that it would be easier to find a bed and she didn’t try and get me to buy the most expensive one like all the other shops did.

We were served by Sam in the Middlebrook store and he was very helpful and easy to talk to. He explained everything that needed explaining and was very clear and gave us time to make our decision of our purchase.

Just had a bed and matress delivered and was very pleased. Decided to order the same matress for another bed. Placed order by phone . Assistant was friendly, helpful and found the item I wanted easily from my previous order.
