We was greeted by Peter who thanked us for wearing our masks and displaying the lanyard. We showed him our bedroom plans and he showed us what sort of bed we could have. He even measured one of the beds and said that it would be a tight fit. He then took us over to the sleep master study to determine which mattress would suit us best. He then provided two pillows which was sanitize and then took us over to the matress which was described on the asleep study. They was all super comfortable but we decided to go for a high end spec one which fitted us both quite nicely. Next was the bed base. We chose an ottaman one which suited is very nicely. We went over to the desk to sort out our order. Peter was very pleasant throughout our time in Dream. He thanked us for our order and gave us the four pillows which we purchased a free matress protector. Also he gave us three green bags to use when they come to remove our old bed and mattress

On entering the store an assistant said thank you for sanitising. She then asked if we needed help. We said we would just look around and she said let me know if you need anything. She then gave us space, but kept an eye on us and was available when we needed her without hovering or keep interrupting. When required she was helpful and friendly, giving accurate information but not pushy. We said we would have a walk and a think and she was supportive, again offering help if we needed it. On our return to the store a gentleman approached as he recognised us. He asked who we had been dealing with and then contacted Gemma for us, which was nice as we were familiar with her. Gemma then helped us make our final decision and processes the sale. Only disappointment was the delivery taking 6 weeks, but to be fair we think that is quite normal. Overall great experience.
