We were made to feel that nothing was to much trouble and the sales assistant gave us plenty of time to make our choice

Pete at the Horwich store approached me straight away, I was specific in my needs and was offered the machine to test which mattress was best for me. I was shown 3 that matched my needs but disappointed with a 5-7 week wait.
