On entering the store it was very clear that the company had taken COVID19 safety measure very seriously and that put myself and family at ease. We were greeted by a lovely lady called Dawn. Dawn asked us if she could help us in anyway, we explained we needed a new bed/mattress. We used the bed that helps you determine what mattress is best for us, this was a very pleasant experience. Dawn then showed us around the store to the beds that were recommended to us. Her wealth of knowledge was fantastic and made the whole experience a pleasure. I actually said to Dawn that it was very easy to choose the right bed and that was thanks to her and her help. Thank you Dreams for making the experience a pleasure.

The customer service gentleman was very helpful and knowledgeable in the products. We tried the sleep match and was offered to try the mattresses that it suggested. This was an excellent added bonus as the mattress selection can be confusing. We were offered bottled water and the Covid safety was excellent.
