From the minute i entered the store i felt well looked after both health wise in this current climate and needs wise for my possible pending purchase, all elements of the customer service was provided in a timely & very pleasant manner by the sales assistant Pete. He went the extra mile to ensure i was happy and satisfied at every stage of my purchase, a customer service experience that will definitely ensure i will be a lifelong repeat customer & do Dreams justice with "word of mouth" recommendations too. I particularly liked the good vibe i felt & saw between store manager and staff, so nice to see, good employee wellbeing i am sure contributes to the excellent customer service i received today!

The manager of the store served us very knowledgeable and friendly understood our needs and budget wasn’t pushy . We had the dreams bed test found it really knowledgeable tested several beds also bought a temper pillow which has improved my posture when I sleep and I am now getting a better sleep all thanks to Tony

Peter was very helpful, made sure he was suggesting the correct products by allowing to take the sleep Test. Very knowledgeable. We were offered refreshments which was great as we did spent quite a While in the store.
