Seamless care. Ease of appointment making online. Able to do research online into which product we wanted prior to visit. Assistant professional, knowledgeable and understanding. We rang the branch next day to complete our order, with a different assistant who was equally helpful and friendly

Very good experience with dreams. We used the sleep test machine to find our match. Sheraz was very helpful and took his time going through our options

Great customer service from start to finish. Friendly staff who aren't pushy yet very attentive. Called customer services a few days after ordering (pre arrival) as the price of the mattress had dropped in a sale and they were more than happy to refund the difference. Will definitely be returning to dreams for future purchases!

Sheraz was excellent really friendly and helpful we made are purchase really fast and we felt very comfortable not pressure to buy
