High level of staff knowledge and curtesy. Helpful and met all needs and requirements.

We had a great experience selecting the bed and bed frames and the staff were lovely and helpful.

As soon as i walked in the store the manager asked if i needed any help. He then got an assistant to support us with what we were looking for. The assistant was fantastic he listened to our needs and answered all our questions. His product knowledge was amazing and we ended up with a really good deal.

We were looked after very well, offered to use the dreams bed which helps you pick a mattress suitable for your needs which was great

I took my father, who had dementia and terminal cancer, assistant was very patient with my father. Allowed him to try the mattress.

We were approached by a very nice salesman who listened to our requests, explain everything to us and advised that we try the sleep match service, after a short wait we were introduced to Dawn who was fantastic, talked us through the process and helped us choose the right mattress for us, no pushy sales or only showing the expensive ones we were extremely happy with our experience at dreams and will definitely be recommending to family and friends and will tell them to ask to see Dawn she was wonderful!
