Customer satisfaction. Sam was knowledgable had an easy manner in his sales service not too pushy but always available to see to our needs. He ensured all our queries were met with confident answers. Ensured we were fully informed of all options and showed each relatable product.

Very helpful staff member, no pushing for a sale, I knew what I wanted and she did not try and upsell anything to me. I was asked what size, price range, if I required a full bed or just a mattress, new pillows and a protector.
