Peter and Tony were very knowledgeable about the products and explained everything very clearly. Understood the products and what we were looking for. We were looked after from the time we walked into the store until the time we left. We were offered drinks, different pillows to try and we tried the Sleepmatch system as soon as we walked in. Very polite, which seemed to apply to all the staff. Did not feel rushed and tried many beds out whilst we were there, nothing too much trouble.

Peter and Tony, answered questions directly accurately and were credible and knowledgable as well as been attentive. They explained technical differences between their own products and competitor products with our been negative to the competition which was pleasing but also showed integrity and gave confidence in their explanations. Peter was a credit to the business , used the tools of the moving bed straight away to get us into the sales process , clever but also a great conversion tool, available in competitors buy they did not use
