Dawn the assistant was very attentive polite and very helpful. Could not have had better service. We did not feel rushed and time was spent ensuring we had the right product.

Great service from Eunice but we don’t have a delivery time and may have to wait 6 to 12 weeks for delivery despite paying a premium price

We were allowed to browse freely, were greeted in a friendly manner by staff who gave knowledgeable and expert advice when required.

I was in and out of the store within 15 minutes. The assistant showed me 4 mattresses that suited my needs, talked through the options and then sorted out my purchase/delivery once I had picked one. Very friendly with my little boy who I had to bring along too.

Debra was lovely, she was not pushy, I wanted to shop around to see other products on Middlebrook before commiting. As I walked back into the store I sought her out. She showed us the product on the Full Screen to allow us to see it in detail, I found this very helpfull, Thank you

Great customer service in the store in Middlebrook Bolton. The staff are very helpful and efficient.

Plenty of staff available. No high pressure sales techniques do.

Has we entered the store we was very politely welcomed in, has we was looking confused to what kind of mattress we needed along came sam(horwich dept) and asked us questions of what we wanted and advised us to try the sensor bed, after the short experience he handed us the printed suggestions sheet and left us a while to try the mattresses out, he then came back to discuss the mattresses we liked , further more he explained that one of the mattresses we liked was on discount in the back due to over stock I was very very pleased at this with it being just after Xmas and short on cash which every body is this time of year, we agreed on the price he gave us and walked out the store with a smile on are faces not just with the price but the overall experience sam gave us. So well done Dreams and especially well done Sam !
