The first time we have visited Dreams and the experience was very good. We were asked if we needed assistance and that is what we got. The young gentleman was very polite and he knew everything we needed to know about the products we looked at. He took us from the start to the end when we made our purchase and he stayed focused and polite throughout. Everything from start to finish was highly satisfactory.

Sales Assistant (Sam) was very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about the products and catered to our needs. We were offered to do the sleep match and that really helped us with what we were looking for. Provided us with pillows to fully try out the beds and we ended up purchasing them too as they were perfectly fitted to us.
