I came into the store with my wife after suffering back issues upon waking up. And from when we first walked in, we was both made to feel very welcome. We spoke to Sam and he straight away suggested he can help us with our mattress. After being measured for the correct mattress he took us to the one that suited our needs. This particular matter wasn’t the most expensive in store which I find good in a sales person that they do not just take you to the most expensive product.

The sales assistant greeted me at the door and asked of I needed any help, but I felt under no pressure at all. She said I could try the sleep system. She then offered advice, again not pressurised and had all the time in the world for me.

We arrived at the store, had plenty of time to look around before an Assistant offered help. The Assistant was pleasant, polite and very helpful. We were offered the opportunity to be measured for which type of bed would most suit, then shown several to try out. After this we were given time on our own to choose. We are very impressed with the way the Sales Assistants in this particular Store have been trained. If we are allowed to give a name, Eunice was everything you would like a Sales Assistant to be.

We were served by Sam who was very helpful and attentive. The automated assessment bed was a useful tool to set the search for the right bed going. Sam knew the products. He advised with thought and consideration. He made us aware of prices. There was a relaxed pace and we did not feel pressured.

We were allowed to browse freely, were greeted in a friendly manner by staff who gave knowledgeable and expert advice when required.
