Dawn immediately understood my needs (I was buying for an elderly person). She showed me the test bed and that pointed us to the mattress that I had seen on the website. I took some confidence from this and we went ahead and ordered that mattress with a cover. The delivery date was very timely. All in all a very considerate response from Dawn. We are due to receive delivery on Friday and feel confident in the instructions given about that.

The service was excellent, I was served by Dawn who was really helpful and informative

I was in a bit of a spot because of the new lockdown and was in a rush. From explaining the situation to Dawn I never felt that I was going to leave without what I wanted.

The service in dreams is second to none, always such lovely store assistants and this time was no different, the Bolton branch were attentive and listened so they could better help me get the bed frame I really wanted and patience is an understatement. I was just satisfied with the delivery time due to how long I have to wait do offcoarse put this down to the current situation in the country and is nothing to do with dreams as a company. Brilliant👍
