Was seen by a lovely lady called Dawn , who went all through the ottoman beds with us . Then we was put on the Tempur to see which mattress we needed , we was offered a drink , then we chose our mattress, nothing was to much trouble for her at the middlebrook store Horwich Bolton

Sam was very helpful and very patient as we had two literally screaming children with us. He was able to find something that suited our needs and stuck to our budget and was really helpful.

Dawn immediately understood my needs (I was buying for an elderly person). She showed me the test bed and that pointed us to the mattress that I had seen on the website. I took some confidence from this and we went ahead and ordered that mattress with a cover. The delivery date was very timely. All in all a very considerate response from Dawn. We are due to receive delivery on Friday and feel confident in the instructions given about that.

We went into the Bolton store before lockdown to find a bed and was greater and shown around by Gemma. We had to decide what we wanted to go for so we left it until after lockdown to go back. Gemma was extremely helpful in both instances and recognised us on our return. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in choosing our bed and mattress and went the extra mile in caring and making us a brew. Overall, it was a pleasant experience which made purchasing the bed that much better.
