Was seen by a lovely lady called Dawn , who went all through the ottoman beds with us . Then we was put on the Tempur to see which mattress we needed , we was offered a drink , then we chose our mattress, nothing was to much trouble for her at the middlebrook store Horwich Bolton

Sam was very helpful and very patient as we had two literally screaming children with us. He was able to find something that suited our needs and stuck to our budget and was really helpful.

As soon as we stepped through the door - The salesman Saf was very welcoming & put us at ease over social distancing & Covid-19 procedures in store. Both he & Tony the manager, went the extra mile with their knowledge of products & advise - we also took advantage of the sleep match.
