Sam was more than patient with us as I constantly changed my mind, nothing was too much trouble, extremely polite, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. My partner and I did not enter the store to purchase on the day but more for a browse to get ideas. As a result of Sam’s customer service we purchased 2 bed frames, 2 mattresses and pillows. As soon as we stepped through the door - The salesman Saf was very welcoming & put us at ease over social distancing & Covid-19 procedures in store. Both he & Tony the manager, went the extra mile with their knowledge of products & advise - we also took advantage of the sleep match.

Was seen by a lovely lady called Dawn , who went all through the ottoman beds with us . Then we was put on the Tempur to see which mattress we needed , we was offered a drink , then we chose our mattress, nothing was to much trouble for her at the middlebrook store Horwich Bolton
