I can not praise Sam anymore. He was brilliant. He listened to our needs even though we arrived with no clue as to what we wanted. We looked at all budgets and explained the difference and also shower us the difference in quality too. Both my husband and I were very impressed with the service he gave

A lovely girl named Taylor in your Bolton store looked after us from the moment we entered until the moment we left. She listened and took note of everything we needed and introduced us to the sleep machine that you have which was an excellent experience and helped us choose the product that we needed. She was very thoughtful and helpful as my partner suffers from a bad back and took this into consideration. We would definitely return because of the service we received

We had seen a product online and we were shown this in store by Taylor (who was very helpful and friendly). We were then given time to view the bed with no pressure. When we were ready to purchase it was quick and easy with a date selected at my convenience.

We had looked at lots of mattresses and they all began to feel the same! The nice assistant put us on the test bed and explained what would be best for us. She then showed us the recommended mattresses and a few others similar and gave us information about them. She then let us have a look on our own so we could decide, which I liked. We went back to the first mattress shown and picked that one it felt so comfortable and can’t wait for it to arrive.

Excellent experience overall, the sales advisor was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Debbie, the lady who were dealing with was very helpfull, knowledgeable and lets you take your time in choosing. We left the store to look at another store and, the returned to see Debbie again.

We visited the Horwich Middlebrook Store and were assisted by Anne. We used the sleepmatch system which we found very useful. Anne was friendly and helpful, she offered a drink and explained the health and safety processes in place. She showed us the various options and gave us relevant information whilst also allowing us time to discuss our purchase in private. She was clear and helpful during the purchasing process.
