Dreams - Middlebrook

Social distancing and care taken by staff to reduce any risks were fabulous and made us feel very comfortable and safe. Pete was the member of staff that we dealt with and never did we feel rushed or pressured into anything, he was lovely and polite and listened to what we actually wanted.

The store manager was fantastic, spent time talking to us, recognised us when we returned to store, arranged for someone to assist us (as he was with another customer by then) checked in with us as we left to make sure we had been helped / got what we wanted. Knew his products - we asked about a particular mattress, he advised it was an online only offer, but directed us to one that he advised was so similar you wouldn't know the difference as a customer. We have used this store before and would definitely use them again - although hopefully not too soon as we now have enough beds!

Because everything ran smoothly

Entered the Dreams store on Monday at Middlebrook, Horwich, Bolton. We had a walk around looking for a specific item, we were unable to see it on show, a salesperson, 'Sam' approached us and asked if he could be of assistance. We advised what we were interested in and he advised us on all aspects, pros and cons etc. We eventually decided on another item of divan from what we went in for originally, this then led to trying out the mattress analyser leading to a mattress purchase. Overall both myself and partner felt Sam was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. The main thing for me was, he was not pushy, if he had been we would of walked away and spent our money elsewhere.

Very helpful staff well looked after in store got what we needed

Acknowledged upon entry to store (without staff being too pushy) and asked if we needed any help. it was Debra who helped us order our bedframe and she was very friendly yet professional. No question was too much trouble and we were looked after really well offered water and sat behind a sneeze screen to complete the paperwork. Felt really comfortable in the shop and in good hands

The lady who helped us was lovely and really helpful
