Excellent customer service. I had to visit a couple of different Dreams stores (Leeds, Manchester and Middlebrook). Peter in the Middlebrook store was particularly helpful and a really nice guy too. Already recommended to my parents who will be visiting tomorrow.

We were looked after by Sam. He was very knowledgeable, understood our requirements and served us in a very professional manner, being courteous and not at pushy. From walking into store to placing our order he was excellent

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Had already decided what we required by looking online beforehand and needed to test the mattress and view the base before purchase and were satisfied with the assistance we received.

The assistant was very pleasant on arrival and directed us to use the mattress assessor. She was very attentive to what we were saying and helpfully guided us through the choices that came up without applying any pressure.

Pete at the Bolton, Middlebrook Store was very patient & knowledgeable. He understood what I was looking for. I also went on the machine to identify which mattress suited me.

Products were explained and we had just the right amount of interaction with no pressure. Cheaper options were highlighted instead of going to the high end straight away.

Went to the Middlebrook still in Bolton Shiraz salesman was excellent who dealt with us because of his knowledge her an insight purchase my bed had a change of mine from a single to a small double wasn’t available in store contacted dreams direct online Lauren an excellent sales operator sorted it and then Shiraz the salesman from the store change my order and it’s all sorted both were excellent

Great one to one service, Sam was very helpful... Showed us how to us the customer service computer to select the best mattress. Was masked for our protection and was very professional. Explained everything we as a customer should know. Great friendly service.
