Dreams - Middlebrook

On entry to the store we were greeted by Nylah. She was courteous, very knowledgeable, pleasant and well humoured. She listened to our requirements, mine being more specific due to degenerative spinal condition and took the time to help us understand the difference between the products and was very patient while we chose our product. She was knowledgable but not in any way sales pushy which had previously put me off from buying a bed in one of your competitors stores. Nyla was very good when another colleague suggested she would 'belt' my children if they got icecream on a bed after she had given them a choc ice. I did not appreciate that comment at all despite my sense of humour. That store person did not know me and had no business making that kind of remark. I did not catch her name, but would not have been purchasing from you had I been approached by her I think. Many thanks however to Nyla who apologised for her colleagues behaviour too.

Good customer service and product knowledge, attentive and friendly

We came in to the store not knowing a lot about the different types of mattresses, we weren't sure exactly what we were after and so we were open to options. The guy who helped us (Mo) was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us as it took a while for us to decide on what to go for.

I feel that we was genuinely greeted and the service was not forced. Lynn who served us was having problems with her computer and apologised regularly. We would like to thank her for her kind service.

Nylah couldn't have been more helpful, she was very pleasant. The rest of the staff were also very pleasant.

The gentleman that dealt with myself was friendly and was there if needed, he wasn't too pushy and gave me time to think when needed.

Staff were friendly and available and talked us through the options and different positives and negatives of the various bed systems.

On entering the store we were greeted in a friendly manner with a smile and introduction. We were offered a drink or an ice cream which was unexpected and a nice jesture. We were shown a variety of products and advised on the best one for us. This was not the most expensive but what we were looking for. They were unaware of our price range. They were patient and not pushy at all. I would recommend this store to anyone requiring a bed or mattress and I would certainly return if ever I needed advice or goods
