Inny the manager made me most welcome and we shall always revisit dreams purely due to the great customer service he gave. Very impressed.

I was shown around by Eve Hawa, who was friendly as well as being professional. When she wasn't sure she got manager support and I genuinely appreciate her honesty and helpfulness.

Helpful ,friendly and knowledgeable staff.Plenty of beds to choose from.Found the colour coding for different types of mattresses very useful.

Jonathan was friendly, knowledgeable, showed all the range of the Tempur mattresses, gave us time to consider the options available and made us very favourable terms. Product not tried yet as delivery is next Friday 0 but fairly confident in the product as we have experienced memory foam in the past

The lady who served us was extremely helpful and never once pressured us into a sale. From the moment we stepped through the door she offered us a brew and informed us of the colour coding of the beds which i found very helpful and made us feel very welcome. She also did us a brilliant deal on the mattress and took our old mattress away for free, couldnt of asked for a more helpful person and i have already recommended family to go to this store.
