Staff were polite, well informed about products available, and able to answer any questions I asked.

When I initially walked into the store one of the assistants asked if I was ok, I replied "yes, Im just looking and I will shout you if i need any help" the assistant kindly left me alone to browse the store without any hassle. I enquired about a product and he explained and gave me a demonstration of how sturdy the product was and spoke about how popular the item was. I noted that it was the first store I had looked in and would like to continue looking in other stores before finalising my purchase. Within an hour I returned to the Dreams store and walked directly to the same attendant who kindly served me. He was friendly, kind and had fantastic customer service skills.

I was pleased that the assistant was able to decipher my needs quickly and show me the products in store. She also explained colours and differences in mattresses to fit the bed I wanted to buy.

The help and advice given by lyn the girl who looked after us was great she had all good advice to help us decide what we wanted without being pushy or controling our visit was totaly satisfactory will certainly come again.
