Excellent service, the gentlemen helped arrange the best delivery date for us and a telephone call prior to delivery

The salesman was very helpful & explained about all the different types of beds & matresses

Extremely helpful staff. That took the time to explain all options. Saf went out of his way to ensure I got the best deal and what was right for me

Lyn was very knowledgable and advised me on a number of mattresses so that I could make the right choice to go with the bed I picked. She was friendly and very helpful and gave me her time. I wasn't felt rushed and she even made me a brew.

The staff that my wife and I dealt with were very knowledgable on the subject and didn't rush us into making a decision. They allowed us to try different beds and explained the differences between them and we even tried different pillows! So ensuring we bought the correct one for us. Until your store we didn't realise there were so many different beds and pillows. For the store a job well done!!! Many thanks to all!!!

I was very surprised by the level of customer service I received. I thought this level of customer service had long gone. The staff couldn't do enough for me especially Lynn, and as I'm in a wheelchair but needed to try the beds she was so patient with me and kind. And may I say a disabled bathroom in the store as well, it couldn't have been a better experience . I will definitely be recommending my family and friends to this store. Lynn is a credit to your company.

As soon as we entered the store one of your assistants came straight over to us and greeted us with a smile and asked us what we was after today. We said we wanted a mattress and he showed us a range of mattresses to make sure we got the correct one for our needs.

Friendliness and helpfulness and wide choice of bed mattresses. Would have liked more choice of bed frames (had to go elsewhere for this which complicates things).

Nylah and the store manager were fantastic we have been in the store a couple of times and Nylah was always very pleasant and very helpful
