Assisted by charlotte and manager inny. Very helpfull and patient. Cant praise them highly enough. lovely people. Listened to my needs and explained every step. Showed me a range of product until i found what i needed.

I like to go into a shop ask for something and expect no beating about the bush, the staff were perfect, helpful. courteous and pleasant. This purchase was a follow up of purchases I bought previously.

I made a mistake and chose the wrong bed only realised after paying so assistant had to go through all paperwork again. She knew I was in a hurry so emailed all relevant paperwork to me.

I required a special delivery window and this was readily dealt with.

Bolton middlebrook store, served by Joanne who is absolutely lovely. Made it a really great experience as a customer and we felt like valued customers by the end! Made us a coffee whilst we were browsing and asked us questions about our personal lives to create a better understanding of us. She was a real joy and needs some form of recognition!!

Eve was extremely helpful and assisted us on our visit thoroughly. She was also aided by Inny who again was excellent. They made our shopping experience a pleasurable one and we would definitely come back.

Both Joanne and Johnny were very attentive. Initially when we arrived in the store Joanne explained the colour code scheme and offered us each a pillow so we could try the beds/mattresses and also offered us a drink. At this stage we declined the offer of a drink and were left to look at the beds at our leisure with no pushy Sales talk, however when we had queries Joanne was readily available. Joanne even let us know she was going on her break and advised us if we needed further help anyone would be happy to do so. Once we had chosen both our mattress and our frame we approached another member of staff who introduced himself as Johnny, again we were offered a drink and given very comfortably seats to sit down and process our order The processing of the order including the finance application was very quick and efficient as well as being well explained. We left very happy with our new purchase having being able to get our prefered delivery date and also organised the recycling of our current bed and mattressfor the same day as delivery. Overall a great purchase experience and somewhere I would be glad to recommend.

The assistant was very good and gave us the deal we asked for.
