IT was lovely to visit a store and not be hassled by sales staff. A member of staff greeted us and offered any assistance, letting us know he was close at hand, without breathing down our necks.

Salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. Willing to negotiate and left feeling like I had a good deal. Would use again

One of your sales assistants (Joanne Jones) made the experience a pleasant one, she was more than helpful and had a vast amount of product knowledge.

Our sales assistant knew his facts. Told me about sale items to try and keep my cost down. Helped me to my car with some items. He put a bed together to allow me to see what it would look like before I bought it.

Very satisfied with Joanne Jones very good service from her couldn't do enough for us know what she was talking about and helped us choose the perfect mattress 😀

We went in the store to buy a mattress as my wife as hurt her back and the sales assistant was great explaining each mattress to us and helping my wife to move around the store.

it was my intension to purchase online given the free delivery option. however, i decided to visit a store to see the product in the flesh so to speak. on advising the assistant that I would return home and purchase online given the free delivery option. He advised that I could purchase the product from the store with free delivery. I was completely satisfied with all aspects of the service, product and delivery

I was able to buy a good quality product at a great sale price. The sales person was very helpful and professional. The whole process of choosing a mattress and placing the order was very straightforward.

We were shown the various mattresses and then left alone to try and discuss. Once we had decided what we wanted the assistant helped us conclude the transaction finding the best value deal for us
