We initially went to buy a Tempur mattress but the assistant Jonny Ward invited us to try the adjustable Tempur bed & we were amazed at the comfort & controls, so much so that we bought an adjustable bed to go with the mattress

Jonathan was amazing! He supported us through out giving us advice when we needed it but also giving us space and time to look around and discuss as it was a large purchase for us. He was knowledgeable and honest and made our experience feel personal and enjoyable. Without him I could guarantee that we would have just browsed and probably left without purchasing.
