The assistant was very helpful, knowledgable and friendly. The store was clear and well set out. The furniture we bought was a reasonable price and apears to be of a good quality

The service was friendly and helpful but at no point felt pushy or "false".

At the same time I returned an item and was told it would be credited back to my bank account on Monday they kept the recipt and I still haven't heard anything and it's not gone back on to my account

The patience and help given to me by the staff at dreams was excellent. I wasn't,tplaced under any p ressure to purchase any particular item.Very pleasant experience.

We were served by Mohammed at middlebrook, who took time to listen to what we needed and found products that were perfect for us. He was very friendly and had a great deal of knowledge and information on products available. He was very professional throughout he left us to decide without any pressure or hard sale.

we have been looking for a new bed for a few weeks and have vistied alot of the bed shops and we have always felt pressured into buying the more expensive beds but when we went to your store Saf who served us was only interested in what we wanted and he did not pressure us in anyway he was really friendly and helpful and could not do enough for us lovely experienced so thank you dreams and thank you Saf you are a credit to the company
