On entering the store we were immediately welcomed in a friendly but 'non-pushy' way by Debra who gave us very detailed information about the various mattresses and the ones which would be suitable to our needs. We were given lots of time to look around and try out different beds before making our selection. Excellent customer service!

We went to the dreams store today with a fairly tight budget. The colleague who helped us was fantastic and found us a great deal. We came away happy and excited for our new mattress to arrive.

Saf the assistant was great , showed me the products available , explained how the pricing was broken down and sorted delivery and set up for me , as a single mum I appreciated the help with assembly of the bed offer

Customer service and shopping experience was of the highest standards, both the gentleman and lady called eve, made our trip worthwhile, amusing as we shared jokes along the way and even made me upgrade on our final purchase, a job well done
