Staff were very friendly and highly knowledgeable

we were on a tight timeframe when visiting but the assistant was extremely helpful without being pushy

The staff was amazing and very experienced. Nothing was too much trouble. Even offered tea in bed so to speak! Was a pleasure to go in and made to feel very welcome and was treated very friendly but not pushy.

Tony and Mohammed provided great advice and were very knowledgeable on the different types of mattresses. They provided exceptional customer service throughout.
