Eve the customer service person was both delightful to deal with and highly informed about the products on offer. She provided refreshments, pillows and actively encouraged my wife and I to try as many beds as possible. The sales assistant who dealt with our enquiries (Eve) was well informed and gave us some great advice to suit our needs. I liked the fact that options were presented in a non pushy fashion allowing us to make an informed decision. Payment options are flexible and we particularly appreciated the option to have our beds held for 3 months free of charge while our new home is being built.

The assistant that helped us in the Middlebrook store, (Sheraz), was extremely friendly & genuine. We were asked if we need assistance in a non invasive way, which is not the case in other stores. He quietly & personably established what we thought we wanted & helped us try the appropriate beds & pillows. His product knowledge was extensive & it was in all pleasant friendly shopping experience. The prices are better than shops just up the road from you. All in all you made it easy for us to make our purchase.

We were greeted as we entered the store and offered assistance. We told the staff member that we were looking at the kids beds and were given the space to browse through this section. We were approached whilst in this section and told if we needed any assistance just to ask. I like the fact that we were not pounced on but we were aware that if we needed help then there was someone only too happy to help.

Everyone was friendly, smiley, not pushy at all but very helpful. The shop was clean and a good temperature. Gave a space to consider our options and were there if we needed anything. Really good with my 5 year old too. Bravo Dreams!
