Knew what we wanted and branch matched the quidco discount we would have received if ordering on line.

Staff (especially Lynn at Middlebrook) was very welcoming on both our visits. She was pleasant polite and well informed. Whilst being very helpful she wasn't at all pushy which I would have found off putting. Having narrowed our choice to two we went away to think about the choice before committing to an expensive decision, returning the following day. All aspects were made clear methods of payment, trial period, accessories and so on. Having put off the task for some cosiderable time it ended up being a pleasant, informed choice and was much easier than anticipated. So thank you Lynn and you colleagues one of whom even provided coffee.

The lady we dealt with was very helpful. Showed us exactly what we asked for.

Johnathan was very helpful knowable about products and polite with no pressure to buy. It was a pleasure to be served by him.

Just great service by Mohammed very knowledgeable about the beds and mattresses and found us a great deal on one. Really friendly and positive attitude towards everything. 5 star service and would recommend to anyone who needs a bed or product related. Can't fault the service at all.

Eve, the shop assistant, was friendly and accommodating. She spent time helping me decide what I needed even though the shop was due to close up for the day.
