Knowledge of the staff regarding my purchase, efficiency of staff and friendliness, Excellent advice . Time allowed throughout my visit in store to decide on purchase. Having purchased an adjustable bed , all information was given regarding its functions , terms and conditions explained if not satisfied with my purchase.

Everybody has had good customer service, a please, a thank you and a smile when you buy a coffee for example but you never remember it because it was satisfactory and uneventful and an exchange of pleasantries. What myself and my partner received from Dreams and in particular Mohammed was nothing short of brilliant. A bed is an important purchase in your life as you spend a over a third of your time on this planet in it. Mohammed's friendly pleasant and helpful attitude made purchasing our bed an exciting and informative event. He was great. He listened to our needs, made us try all the beds, told us honestly about the quality and benefits of each of them all while making us smile and feel comfortable and very well looked after. He wasn't pushy and wrote all we needed to know down on paper for us and gave us time to make our decision. We left the store excited we may have a new bed on the way. A week later we came back to the store and he remember everything we had spoke about and we placed the order with him. He even gave us a small discount. We couldn't be happier and more excited to get our new bed. Thank you Dreams, thank you Mohammed.

Mohammed gave outstanding customer service and is a credit to your company. He is extremely knowledgeable and we will seek him out when we return again to replace our main bed in December.

Debra was amazing from start to finish. At first she was a friendly face and very welcoming, not a pushy sales person. The product knowledge she had was second to none. We had reservations at first but she overcame them with flying colours. I would recommend Debra to all my friends and family!!

Good customer service and product

Sales person asked if we needed help, after welcoming us to the store. He listened to our requirements and supplied several solutions for our consideration. He left us alone to consider our options and was readily available when we had decided what we wanted. He knew his products and gave us good advice. well done Saf!
