Friendly in store colleagues, offered refreshments, we were put on the mattress machine to help us determine what mattress was going to be the best for our needs.

Asked for assistance and got it No pressure no following us round the store when the assistant didn’t have an answer found another one to help Given coffee while we waited to pay and sort out delivery Overall a pleasant experience

The whole experience from being greeted by the store manager then passed onto Sam who dealt with our needs. Sam listened to our requirements and was open and transparent leading to gaining our trust and us purchasing a bed and mattress for more than what we intended to but we felt confident we were making the right decision

Gemma was amazing. Her product knowledge, advice and attention to our needs was second to none. We had an idea what we wanted and Gemma helped us find the right mattress and a base within our budget. She then took the time to plan delivery according to our schedule as our new home wasn’t yet ready and we left the store feeling understood and satisfied having ticked another box. Well done Gemma and “the Dreams Team!”
