The lady helping us was very knowledgeable. She also allowed us time alone to discuss our options. A very friendly service.

We went to the bolton store, Eve there took the time to come Straight over & help us. She was lovely with our little girl and took her for a walk around the store while we was trying different mattresses. Thank you Eve. X

we were very pleased with the level of service we received and the friendliness of the man who served us and also the manager who also gave us advice and information about different beds. we felt that they both were very good at there jobs and helping us to make our purchase rather than pushing for a sale. top marks

Mohammed was very friendly and professional. He was not to pushy with his sales technique and made us feel very at ease. He was EXTREMELY patient as we were in the store almost 2 hours trying various matresses and his product knowledge was excellent. He even brought a mattress out of storage onto the shop floor for us to try. Shopping for a new mattress can be a chore but Mohammed made it a pleasure. Many thanks

We were approached once we entered the store. This was done in an aggressive manner, which we found in other stores. The member of staff asked us what we were looking for and fully explained the colour code within the store. He then told us to try some of the mattresses and left us to look around and test a few out. He was on hand to offer expert advice and also explained how each mattress was different and was suited to different needs. The store was bright and airy with friendly staff. All products were available and clean

Debra helped as soon as we walked in to try out mattresses, she was very helpful and advising, not pushy, relaxed and friendly.

No pressure when you walk through the door, just shown the product we were after and then left alone to make our decision,
