From the moment we stepped into the store website were made to feel welcome. The salesman Muhammed was very friendly and extremely knowledgable about all the products. We got exactly what we wanted at the right price.

Paolo greeted us on entry into the shop. He asked us if he could help us and took us to the product we were looking for. he explained everything and had lots of knowledge on the different beds we looked at. He offered us a drink whilst we were paying and asked us if we would like any pillows or quilts.

We didn't really know what we were looking for when we came into the store but after having a brief look at some TV beds that were out of our price range, we were approached by a friendly adviser called Sheraz. Sheraz explained that the Tempur mattress we were interested in was more expensive due to the thickness and took us to see some thinner Tempur mattresses in our price range. He encouraged us to try four different mattresses, providing the matching pillows for us to try, and after some thought away from the shop we settled on the perfect one for us. We went back into the store some thirty minutes later, found Sheraz and gave him the go ahead. We were really impressed with his service and he gave us a good deal on the mattress and bed including buy one get one free on the pillows. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

I walked into the store looking for a new mattress. I had no idea what type to get or where to start looking. Mohammed came over and explained the colour scheme system depending on the type of firmness. we were still unsure and Mohammed let us lie on the different mattresses and explained the type and firmness. After we found the one we liked, Mohammed made us a cup of tea which was a nice gesture and told us to lie on the bed for five minutes to ensure that we were happy with it. Also Mohammed explained that Dreams would price match which takes the hassle from us from shopping around. After we agreed to purchase, Mohammed was very thorough of the payment options and delivery. We were surprised that we could have it delivered next week. Thanks Mohammed

The assistant who dealt with us was Saf he was very knowledgeable ,friendly ,helpful & took us to what we were looking for straight away. Within about half an hour of entering the store we had decided on our purchase. We are looking forward to it arriving.

The young man who helped us pick Mohammed was the most helpfullest person I have ever met. He was very helpful and very nice. Showed us different beds and told me to try them out before choosing. The only thing I was disappointed with was the price. I didn't realise how dear mattereses have become.

We were approached as soon as we entered the store and given excellent attention and service throughout. Offered coffee as we decided on our purchase and didn't feel pressured at all. Great service great choice of beds and accessories.
