Relaxed experience no pressure from sales person

The staff where so nice to me even though I did not have a lot of money to buy a new bed they helped me to find just the right one in seconds and sorted out all the financial side with in moments I have now recommended you to a friend and she will be looking for her new bed soon

From the moment we walked in we were made to feel welcome, but not pressurized into buying, in fact we left the store for approximately one hour whilst we did some food shopping and to have a chat since we did make an expensive purchase. We were dealing with Ashley in the first instance and we spent about 30 minutes in the store trying out different products she offered us refreshments more than once....then she put us in the Tempur pod.....amazing. We left to mull it over. When we returned the store was busy and Ashley was dealing with another customer, however she acknowledged us and asked Jonny to help, he was aware of what we had discussed with Ashley and the price and dealt with the order until Ashley was once again free. They were both highly professional yet friendly and approachable.

Friendly and knowledgeable saleswoman. No pressure time wise or to buy. Drink offered and accepted. Range of goods available. Quick delivery.

On a previous visit to the store we ended up leaving as we felt extremely pressurised by a staff member. On this visit we were greeted by Debra and she gave us space to browse but with the knowledge she was available is we needed assistance. Debra was very knowledgeable and friendly. She assessed very quickly what type of shoppers we were and we didn't want any messing and pressure. We received information about products we were interested in and some guidance on other products that we may want to try. Debra gave use prices for all the items we were interested in and happy that we left the store to visit the toy shop in a view to return. We did return shortly after having made our decision and we were welcomed back with a drink and we had our order processed in a matter of 10-15minutes!! We were over the moon to be leaving with the knowledge our bed was purchased and would soon be with us, we loved the prompt service so we hadn't wasted our day in a store trying to keep a child happy! Plus half price new pillows under our arm!! We would definitely visit the store again and love to have Debra help us. Thank you

The Assistant was friendly and took the time to explore different options of mattresses and beds with me.

Lots of beds and different mattresses to choose from and the assistant Saf was very helpful and knowledgable about all of the products.

Welcoming staff member, Mohammed, who was knowledgeable and took time to find exactly what we were looking for. Quality products and good choice. Excellent service.
