Sag had good product knowledge, he listened to my needs (I am a disabled person) and he empathised with my needs. The service was to a very good standard and Saf made us feel relaxed and comfortable.

Everybody in the store was very helpful and knowledgeable, knew exactly what we were looking for

The staff at dreams , Bolton store went out of their way to help me. Tony (store manager) and Saf were pleasant and understanding of my needs throughout the sale and I came away very satisfied with the overall service I received.

I was served by two ladies ,I was happy with the service from both. Ashley was warm friendly and even asked if I would like a cup of tea. Lyn was knowledgable and gave me a gift of free pillows and my daughter a hippo! Extremely satisfied with Dreams have had the last two beds from dreams and was happy then too. I stupidly had just ordered a bed from BENSON's for beds..... But after a nightmare of them delivering to wrong address and V RUDE staff I cancelled my order and returned to DREAMS!

we was served by Saf. He was very good and kept on checking on us and our two girls .

Both sales assistants were very helpful and patient. Johnny helped with our finance and managed to msj the process smooth and easy. We felt very welcomed and looked after. They even brought a coffee over for my husband.
