The man that severed me was fantastic,; in told him my problems with my bad back and he offered .me good advice and shown me all the mattresses in store. He went out of his way to please me. Every credit to him, he's a credit to dreams. Looking forward to receiving my new bed

I had in mind what I needed when I went to the store, and was pleased that the sale was still on, my budget was such I didnt think I would be able to get the bed he needed,as he is very ill,but I found just the one and was helped in such a way as to make it affordable, everyone listened to my problems about delivery,and worked around them so it went well, The delivery team Alan and Tom were super fast so prompt ,I had my husband back in bed very quickly to his relief,I am very grateful for the kindness shown Thank you

from entering the store the staff where helpful and didn't make you feel intimated to purchase the bed. Gave a full description of each bed we tried and explained the different types of matressess and the benefits of each matress. Even though there were many other customers in the store we didn't feel rushed or pressured into puchasing a bed
