Very good customer service, knowledge and very friendly and approachable staff. Colleague who served us showed patience and good product knowledge in understanding our needs and matching them with products which he insisted we tried before committing to any one product.

Store clean and tidy.. very welcoming. Staff polite and most helpful providing all the information required to complete purchase. Great prices and products. Staff even made my hubby a cup of coffee. Brilliant service well done

Due to me buying a very uncomfortable firm mattress from Argos I needed to buy myself a new mattress ASAP. Intended to browse a few stores 1st before I made a purchase. But ended up purchasing the perfect mattress from the 1st store I went in to which was Dreams. Couldn't be happier, can finally look forward to a good nights sleep. The assistants who helped us (Debbie and Tony) were very helpful. They didn't pounce on us and gave us time to reach a decision. Tony in particular was very knowledgeable and explained the mechanics of the beds, looked at our sleeping positions, and explained all the options. Although we did end up buying a top-end mattress, we weren't pushed into spending the greater amount. We did spend more than we wanted to but feel confident that we will have value for money, once we receive our mattress.

Tony took the time to find out what we needed and offered ample advice. He was able to relate to us, buying a mattress for our 7 year old, and wasn't trying to push an expensive product. Felt comfortable enough to discuss options for our 15 year old lad that would be a future purchase. Some great advice from Tony on bringing our son in to try the mattresses himself. Would like to deal with tony when we return in the next 3-4 months!
