The staff were fantastic & the young man that dealt with us was fantastic also, recommending particular mattresses for my back condition until I found one that I think will suit my needs perfectly & give me a good nights sleep. Horwich, Middlebrook store on Boxing Day we went.

We knew which kind of bed we wanted so we arrived at Dreams, Middlebrook and asked the First Lady we saw, we explained what we wanted and she found us the perfect bed straight away. Debbie was polite, helpful, knowledgeable, and quick. We even got the bed we'd dreamed of and at a very good price with Boxing Day sale of 20% off, we also got free delivery and free pillows. I went to my local Dreams branch of Bolton, I found a bed that I liked, I was very satisfied with the quality of the bed and the other items I purchased whilst in store. I was more than satisfied with the service provided at Dreams, the staff we're very helpful, efficient and friendly. I would however suggest a wider variety of styles of beds personally at my local branch of Bolton, that asside my experience shopping at Dreams was very good. I would most definitely choose dreams again in the future.
