I was concerned about ordering a bed as I do not yet have a date for moving into my new house. I also did not want to miss out on the sales. Martin, the sales person, informed me Dreams will be happy to hold my purchase up to 3 months if I there is a delay in moving date. This put my mind at rest. I was also happy with the fact that I could l pay to have the bed built upon delivery and that the rubbish would be taken away. I was pleasantly surprised at the price of this service. Martin the sales person was very knowledgeable on how the product was made and even helped me with the floor plan of my bedroom.

Excellent display of items, very helpful and good manner of assistant without in any way being presumptuous of our needs.

Friendly colleague and sale price was good. With the different discounts it would have been useful for the staff to know what the new price was, as we had to calculate this on our phone i.e. 20% off sales price of £799 etc.

Mohammad explained the different types of mattress available and let us try several so we where able to choose. We where able to find the right one and very happy.

Details of each bed and mattress explained and assistant made sure we understood the description and asked if we had any questions. There was plenty of room to move around each exhibit, which avoided congestion when moving around the showroom. All costs were made clear along with payment methods. The offer of hot drinks was not accepted but was a nice to be offered. Being disabled, I was pleased to hear the bed would be assembled on site as this was a concern, given there are electrical components. I am not a 'happy shopper' but on this occassion I left the showroom with a smile.

Products set out well, staff member very helpful without being presumptuous and quick service.

Assistants were friendly and helpful. We felt we had a good range to choose from and prices were ok due to the sales.
