Dreams - Middlebrook

As soon as we entered the store, Dawn came over and asked us if we needed any help, which we did and she told us everything we needed to know.

It was a pleasant experience shopping at Dreams, Middlebrook, enhanced by the service received from Peter, he seemed very knowledgeable and a well mannered young man, he showed us afew beds which were geared up to my specific problems , he was not too "pushy" which can be off putting, and he explained all the methods of payment ect. very clearly, and the coffee was a nice touch too!

Dawn, our assistant helped us use the sleep match technology and then showed us to a selection of mattresses that would suit our needs. She allowed us to try the mattresses in our own time and was very knowledgable when any questions were asked. When we returned to the store to make the order she assisted us with pillows and allowed us to try a selection out on the mattress we had chosen. She put the order through and explained everything fully. There was an offer on to receive free pillows with our order, however there were none in stock at the store and it was not possible to post them to us as the delivery address was our new house which we had not moved into yet. She went above and beyond and, after consultation with her manager, et us have a mattress protector for free instead which we really appreciated.

The friendliness of the assistant and her product knowledge greatly assisted us obtaining the mattress we needed.

Sheraz welcomed us into the store on our two visits, he gave us the facts about the various mattresses we wanted to look at. He didn’t rush us and spent the correct about of time with us. On our return he remembered us from the previous week. He answered our further questions and then processed our order. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

The store had sanitiser, social distancing signs and screens at the order desks. It was spaciously laid out, so the distancing could be achieved. We weren't harassed by staff, but when we needed help, the member of staff we spoke to was very helpful and friendly.

We were looked after straight away. The mattress was for my daughter and we really didn’t know where to start! The staff allowed my daughter to use the machine which tells you the best mattress match for you. This was amazing and relieved the pressure of us lying down on every mattress in the store wondering if we were choosing the correct one? The member of staff who dealt with our order, Peter, was very patient and knowledgeable. He offered us drinks on several occasions and made the time it took to place the order go very quickly by chatting about general things. Peter offered us extra items of bedding but was never pushy in his approach. A thoroughly enjoyable experience!

Sheraz was extremely helpful even though the store was about to close he still took the time to assist us in choosing the right mattresses. He was very patient.
