The gentleman that assisted (Saf) was professional, knowledgable and friendly.

Debbie the assistant that dealt with us was very friendly and courteous. She was patient and understanding of my mother's needs and helped her to choose the best mattress for her. She did not rush us as my mother has bad mobility and was happy to spend as much time as needed to get the correct mattress. A lovely person and a credit to your company

I was very unsure of what I wanted and was quite nervous about making my purchase in case I bought the wrong product. I had looked in a couple of nearby shops but still wasn’t certain so decided to go into ‘Dreams’. As soon as I entered I was approached by a lovely lady who asked if I needed help? I honestly replied “I do but I’ve no idea what I want “. She said let me try and help you and put me straight onto your amazing machine which really impressed me and help put me at ease and get into the spirit of buying a mattress. I think she got seven results on her list for me and she showed me them all and was so patient When I kept asking to try to 2 or 3 of them several times. She had a lot of knowledge about all the products but didn’t push any of them on me. I did make a purchase from Dawn when she told me about the 40 day trial as although I am sure I have picked the right product that was the final bit that made me feel happy that even if I hadn’t I could exchange it

Ann at the middle brook branch was excellent very helpful and friendly both me and my partner left the store both in agreement about how well we were looked after by Ann

Dawn, the sales assistant talked us through the options for our choice of soft mattress and showed us what was on offer and how good it was for our needs. We went away, browsed a few other shops in the same shopping complex at Middlebrook and then came back and waited a few minutes so that Dawn served us right up to the point of order and delivery dates.

I had not intended to buy, just look. Debbie was excellent , she’s did a sleep match, offered us pillows and talked us through the whole process to help us understand our needs. She then gave us coffee and helped us choose the right products . She took time, listened which a lot of sales people do not . She was patient as well. She gave us time alone when she could see we wanted to talk about things but was close and attentive to see when we wanted her . She was friendly but professionally so . She was great . We need another bed for my daughter and we will come back to Dreams. Thank you Debbie !

We were served by Debbie at the middlebrook store. From the very start she listened to our requirements and respond the correct way and completed the sale efficiently.

I can not praise Sam anymore. He was brilliant. He listened to our needs even though we arrived with no clue as to what we wanted. We looked at all budgets and explained the difference and also shower us the difference in quality too. Both my husband and I were very impressed with the service he gave
