This was one of the most satisfying experiences in retail, me and my partner have had, it was brill we had a cup of hot chocolate made, we felt as if we new the colleague Martin, quickly built up a rapport, we visited all of the bed companies at the reebok complex which was around 5+ shops and this was simply by far the best, upmost important by the excellent service we received from Martin then to the offers and deals we had been shown and offered by martin, we didn't feel rushed he had all the time in the world for us, it was a great visit to your Bolton store yesterday, were over the moon with the storage space our new bed has, as well as finding the crushed velvet bed we was after, we will definitely be recommending to all friends and family especially the service from Martin.

Had time to look round before an assistant came to me, so could decide which products to decide on. Assistant was not pushy, but friendly and efficiently processed my order, including informing me of further offers which were available.

Eve was extremely helpful and very polite and made sure all the way through that we were happy with our choice of mattress and pillows.

Eve greeted us well, made us lovely drinks, gave us full and impartial advice on the Tempur range, took us through the order explaining everything fully and finished by giving us two Tempur pillows. Excellent service
